MILLWOOD AVE RELOCATION
PROJECT SUMMARY
This project featured the design of a continuous right turn lane, merge areas, and new intersection at University Boulevard, impacting a four-lane divided local road, turn lanes, tapers, and internal campus roads. The relocation of traffic has improved traffic in one of the busiest intersections in Winchester.
