Project Description



Greenway Engineering provided engineering, surveying, planning, and construction administration work for the Autumn Wind Apartment Complex, which is located on 18.52 acres in Frederick County, Virginia. The Autumn Wind Apartment Complex is a low-income housing project (LIH) consisting of 104 apartment units (68 two-bedroom units and 36 three-bedroom units) within 9 apartment buildings and community amenities including a clubhouse with a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, playgrounds and picnic/grill areas. Greenway Engineering assisted the developer, National Housing Corporation, with all aspects of civil engineering design, platting and local government planning approvals required for the development of the Autumn Wind Apartment Complex.
