ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Greenway Engineering, Inc. – Martinsburg, WV

Civil Engineering firm seeking responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, as well as assisting in daily office needs and our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Proficiency in MS Office and a working knowledge of office equipment would also be preferred.

Pay: $20 – $30 per hour

  • Comment Response Letters
  • Organize and Track Applications/Submittals
  • LOLA Research
  • Plan Research
  • Courier and Transmittal Requests
  • Prepare Plan Prints and Print Tickets

  • Project Folder Setup
  • GIS Base Files
  • Red-line Markups
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Accounting Department Support
