PROJECT SUMMARY

Dulles Station is a 63-acre master planned community with frontage on the Dulles Toll Road. Located adjacent to the Innovation Center Metro Station on the Silver Line Phase 2 extension, this mixed-use building consists of up to 510 multi-family dwelling units and 5,000 sq. ft. of secondary uses. We are assisting with infrastructure improvements to accommodate the proposed programming. Community areas include outdoor gathering spaces, walking trails, and a public fitness park—all designed to integrate residents and retail users into the Dulles Station experience.
