We are excited to introduce Marisa Whitacre—Greenway’s newest Development Services Coordinator!
Marisa comes to us with 10+ years of relationships and experience as a planner for Loudoun County. Her expertise in the public sector gives her a unique perspective on the county process and ideas on how to best serve Greenway’s clients in an efficient and cost-effective way.
In her role, Marisa will assist our Ashburn Office in many phases of the land development process:
- Managing proffer compliance
- Obtaining site grading, building, and VDOT permits
- Coordinating bond agreements and releases
Marisa takes a horizontal approach to the company culture with a very collaborative, everyone-help-out mindset. She remains flexible to client needs and does whatever is necessary to keep Greenway’s clients happy and projects moving forward to a successful outcome.
