PROJECT SUMMARY

We’re proud to be part of the revitalization of the historic Interwoven Mills Factory, now known as Interwoven Lofts. Greenway has provided full civil design and project coordination services throughout the redevelopment, helping transform a historic industrial site into a vibrant residential destination. Our work also addressed longstanding historical drainage issues, contributing to broader downtown infrastructure improvements tied to the project.

Services Provided

Civil design and project coordination for the full redevelopment of the Interwoven site
Processing all site plans through the City of Martinsburg, including off-site storm sewer site plans
Detailed boundary and topographic surveys of the existing site and surrounding public streets
Collaborative, hands-on support during construction to accommodate design adjustments required when retrofitting a historic building and improving historic public streets
Completion of as-built documentation and bond release coordination on behalf of the ownership group
