Norborne Glebe Development
PROJECT SUMMARY
The Norborne Glebe Planned Unit Development (PUD) was approved for 1,000 residential units, a commercial use area, and a city park. To date, approximately 400 single-family homes have been constructed and eight additional phases of single-family units are under design.
Services Provided
- Design road network, stormwater management, sanitary sewer, and water distribution
- Create site plans for lot grading, houses, landscaping, and lighting
- Manage construction documents, easement plats, and site bonding
